Justin and Hailey Bieber just secured another property in California, seeming to suggest that rumors their relationship is in trouble are false. Why invest in a property together if things are going south, right?

While the real estate documents were just unearthed by the media, Us Weekly confirms, it appears Justin and Hailey made the purchase last year, spending a whopping $16.6 million on a lavish mansion situated in California's Coachella Valley within The Madison Club, an ultra-exclusive celebrity community.

Notable neighbors include Kris Jenner and Kylie Jenner, among others.

Previously owned by investor Alan Abady, who purchased it in 2019 for $6.3 million, the property underwent substantial upgrades during his ownership that explain its much-higher price tag. This includes the addition of an expansive infinity pool, a sports court, AstroTurf lawns, a backyard fire-pit, a detached guesthouse, and ample parking with two motor courts accommodating over a dozen cars.

Since the sale was made “off market,” information and images about the mansion are scarce; however, reports indicate it spans nearly 10,000 square feet, boasting seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms across a sprawling 1.02-acre estate. The property also offers heightened seclusion with Italian cypresses flanking its driveway.

As members of The Madison Club, Justin and Hailey Bieber will be subject to monthly HOA fees amounting to $1,652, affording them exclusive access to amenities such as a Tom Fazio–designed golf course, spa facilities, five-star dining options, hiking trails, and a clubhouse.

Situated less than 200 miles east of their primary Beverly Hills residence—a $25 million estate spanning over 11,000 square feet featuring seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and a home movie theater—the La Quinta home offers the couple yet another luxurious retreat. Their decision to splurge on the home comes after Justin made an estimated $200 million in 2022 for selling his music catalog, bringing his reported net worth to nearly $500 million.

There have been rumors of marital strife between Justin and Hailey for months, even dating back to the last year, with some reports claiming the two are headed for divorce or at least taking a break from each other. The speculation was only fueled when Hailey’s dad Stephen Baldwin made a suspicious post asking fans to “pray” for the couple. Hailey allegedly confronted her dad over the post, which has strained their relationship.

Moreover, Justin’s mom Pattie seemed to give her two cents in a subtle Instagram post , where she shared a series of quotes that some fans were convinced were in reference to Hailey.

After her dad’s post, Hailey went on socials to deny the rumors surrounding her marriage, though she’s been silent on the subject since. “Just FYI the stories and constant ‘blind items’ I see on TikTok are 100% of the time wrong. Made out of thin air … come from the land of delusion,” Hailey wrote via TikTok in March.
